Yes. Just VPS says that if you order a VPS and aren't satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 15 days of ordering. Our Terms & Conditions also state that a refund of your billing balance is available within 15 days of payment. After that, refunds may apply only to unused service periods.
Under the Refunds section of the Just VPS Terms & Conditions, you may cancel selected services at any time and request a refund of unused funds from your balance. Send refund requests by email to info@justvps.pro. Refunds go back to the original payment method. After 15 days, refunds may apply only to unused service periods, calculated by month, and payment processing fees and other non-refundable costs may be deducted as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

You must use Just VPS services lawfully and in line with the Terms & Conditions. Spam, copyright or trademark infringement, distributing pirated software, hosting malware, hacking-related content, and other abusive or illegal use may lead to service suspension or termination, and in some cases to no refund under the Terms.
